In this context, he presented important investment projects, such as the construction of the "Kambar-Ata-1" hydropower station and the railway connecting China, Kyrgyzstan, and Uzbekistan.
Kulubaev also expressed interest in attracting modern technologies from Europe, highlighting the strategic importance of transport connectivity and energy security for the region as a whole.
