Zhoomart Toktogulov has become the new head of the GKNB department for the city of Osh and Osh region. This information was received from the presidential administration.
The deputy chairman of the special service, Alisher Erbaev, introduced Toktogulov at a meeting held on February 19. The new mayor, Janar Akayev, and the presidential representative in the Osh region, Amankan Kenzhebaev, also participated in this event.
