In Kyrgyzstan, 1,200 alimony payers are not fulfilling their obligations

At the meeting of the Jogorku Kenesh, Deputy Attorney General Umutkan Konkubaeva reported that in Kyrgyzstan, 1,200 citizens obligated to pay alimony are not fulfilling their obligations.

She also noted that by 2025, the total number of alimony payers in the country is expected to be 60,000 people.

Deputy Yrysbek Atazhanov emphasized the importance of taking measures against those who evade alimony payments. "These are their children. We cannot show compassion to such people; we must act strictly within the framework of the law," he stated.
