On February 28, information was received at the Internal Affairs Department of the Alamudun District about the discovery of drugs in the village of Arashan. Arriving at the scene, police officers found 20 packets of psychotropic substances weighing a total of 35 grams with 15-year-old R.A.
Expert examination confirmed that the substance in question was 4-CMC (chloromethcathinone, clephedrone).
This case was registered under Article 282 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning the illegal manufacture of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances for the purpose of sale.
During the interrogation, the girl stated that the drugs were given to her by her older cousin A.T., who lives in Naryn. He was soon detained and placed in a temporary detention facility.
The investigation established that on February 20, A.T. purchased psychotropic substances through the Telegram channel "Princess-Duri" for 26,430 soms, after which he was provided with the coordinates and location of the "stash" in Arashan.
On February 28, he asked R.A. to go to Bishkek supposedly to buy a ring for his girlfriend and to stop by Arashan. Upon arrival at the location, she was detained by law enforcement officers.
The investigation is ongoing.
