
According to law enforcement agencies, information was received at the police department of the Alamudun district regarding the presence of drugs in the village of Arashan. An investigative operational group was dispatched to the scene.
During the inspection, a package containing psychotropic substances, divided into 20 shrink-wrapped packets, was found with a 15-year-old citizen R.A. The total weight of the seized material was 35 grams, including packaging.
Expert examination confirmed that the seized drug contains 4-CMC (chloromethcathinone, clephedrone), which is classified as a psychotropic substance.
In this regard, a criminal case has been initiated under Article 282 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning the illegal production of drugs and psychotropic substances for the purpose of sale. It was established that on February 20, citizen A.T. from Naryn ordered narcotic substances through the online store "Princess Duri" in the Telegram messenger, paying 26,430 soms.
After completing the payment, he was sent the coordinates of the stash in Arashan. On February 28, without revealing the true purpose of the trip, A.T. asked his cousin R.A. to go to Bishkek and stop by Arashan, supposedly to buy a ring for his girlfriend. The girl agreed and, following the provided coordinates, was detained by the police.
As part of the operational search activities, A.T. was also detained and placed in a temporary detention facility in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
