The deputy proposed to postpone licensing for six months
Deputy of the Jogorku Kenesh Dastan Bekeshev expressed concerns that the cost of taxi rides in Kyrgyzstan may rise to 700-800 soms.
He reminded that starting from February 1, all taxis are required to obtain a license.
According to him, if the government does not make the necessary changes, many drivers risk losing their jobs. "The service may sharply increase in price, and instead of 200-300 soms, it will cost 700-800 soms," the deputy added.
