In accordance with the protocol directive approved at the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic's meeting on December 30, 2025, operational-preventive raids called "Arsenal" were organized in the Talas region aimed at enhancing control over firearms.
As part of these activities, an inventory of civilian firearms was conducted, and ammunition and award weapons were checked, with an emphasis on compliance with storage rules and deadlines.
As a result of the raids, law enforcement officers in the Talas region seized 51 units of firearms, including: 9 rifled, 37 smoothbore, 4 gas-traumatic, and 1 unit of award firearms.
