Neighbors shared details about this misfortune. All three children were close relatives: one was the son of an uncle, another was the son of an aunt, and the third was the child of a sister-in-law. One of them, Nurislam, was the oldest and on the day of his tragic death, February 2, he was celebrating his fourth birthday.
At the time of the incident, his father was in Sokuluk with his younger son, choosing a gift for the birthday.

According to local residents, the children left their grandfather's house and headed to relatives who lived nearby. Along the way, they likely noticed the ice and began to play on its surface. The pond they fell into was formed by water from an irrigation canal and has a depth of about one and a half meters. The banks of the water body were not fenced off.
Villagers emphasize that the pond is located on the edge of the village and has no protective barriers.
