According to the investigation, a group consisting of senior police officer Z.u.A. and juvenile inspectors N.A.N. and A.u.A. developed a scheme for extorting money. They involved a minor, T.A.U., born in 2008, in intimate relationships with wealthy men, after which they conducted "arrests" and blackmailed them for money.
As a result of the joint actions of the staff of the GKNB in Osh and the Osh region, as well as the SVR of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, three suspects were detained and placed in the temporary detention facility of the GKNB.
As clarified by the press service, during interrogations, the perpetrators confessed, and additional cases of "setups" were also uncovered.
The GKNB expressed particular concern that among those detained were juvenile inspectors who, by their position, are obligated to ensure the protection of children's rights and engage in the prevention of offenses.
