After the incident was reported, the staff of the Pervomaisky District Police Department began an investigation and identified the participants. They turned out to be men born in 1988, 1996, 1994, and 1988 (M.Z., F.L., P.E., and P.V.).
Protocols were drawn up under Article 126 of the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic on offenses concerning "Minor Hooliganism," and the case materials were sent to the district court. All four were placed in the temporary detention facility of the Pervomaisky District Police Department.
The police urged residents and guests of the capital to adhere to behavioral norms in public places, show respect for others, and understand that any violations of order may result in administrative consequences.
