The Murder of Aysulu M. and Other Crimes

17-year-old Aysulu M. disappeared on September 27, 2025, in the Jeti-Oguz district of the Issyk-Kul region. That day, she was heading from the village of Barskoon to the village of Jenish to visit her friend but did not return home. Later, surveillance cameras recorded her getting into a Honda Stream, driven by a man born in 1984.

According to the investigation, the suspect took the girl to an apple orchard, where he used violence and then killed her. Aysulu's body was later found in the Boom Gorge.

Abdyrov was detained and charged with committing a crime under paragraphs 3, 5, 7, and 14 of part 2 of Article 122 "Murder" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. The court has repeatedly extended the preventive measure in the form of detention, most recently until March 29, 2026.

Additionally, it became known that he confessed to committing a number of other crimes. Investigative authorities suspect that Abdyrov may be involved in at least six attacks on women, four of which resulted in murder, including that of 19-year-old Kamila Duyshaeva. Law enforcement agencies do not rule out that the number of his victims may be higher.
