The State Committee for National Security (SCNS) announced the return of a land plot designated for agriculture in the Kadamjai district of the Batken region.
According to the agency, the plot covers an area of 0.86 hectares and is located in the Moldо-Niyaz area. The returned property includes not only the land itself but also a building for drying grain and fruits, as well as facilities for storing agricultural products.
In the early 2000s, this plot, along with its associated warehouses, was unlawfully transferred to private ownership in violation of the law and without the proper documents confirming ownership rights.
After conducting investigative actions and operational measures, all identified violations were addressed. Now the land plot and the facilities on it are once again registered with the state.
