In the Batken region, specifically in the Kadamjay district, agricultural facilities located in the Mold-Niyaz area have been returned to state ownership. This was reported by the State National Security Committee (GKNB).
According to information provided by the state committee, in the early 2000s, a plot of land measuring 0.86 hectares, along with warehouses for storing agricultural products, was transferred to private ownership in violation of legislative norms and without the necessary legal documents.
As a result of investigative and operational-search activities, these violations were identified and rectified. Soon, the land plot, as well as buildings for drying grain, storing fruits, and other agricultural products, including auxiliary structures, were fully returned to state ownership.
