According to data received by the police on February 8 from the National Hospital, a man with injuries was brought to the medical facility. The investigative operational group of the First May Internal Affairs Department went to the scene and found that the 34-year-old victim was assisted by ambulance staff after he had been beaten.
This incident was recorded under Article 130 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, which pertains to causing serious bodily harm.
During operational activities, the suspect, a citizen identified as K.T., born in 1974, was detained. He is currently in a temporary detention facility.
The investigation continues to work on establishing the possible involvement of the detainee in other offenses.
