As Berdibaev clarified, the incident occurred at the final stop. While returning home, a schoolgirl dozed off, and taking advantage of the absence of other passengers, the driver began to engage in unacceptable actions.
This case has been registered under Article 158 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, which pertains to lewd acts. The detainee is currently in custody.
In his speech, Berdibaev urged drivers to comply with the law, maintain order, and show courtesy towards passengers. He also raised the issue of domestic violence, strongly recommending to avoid violence in the family.
