In the 2000s, a land plot with warehouses located on it was transferred into private hands.
In the Batken region, in the Kadamjai district, agricultural facilities located in the Moldо-Niyaz area have been returned to state ownership. This was reported by the press service of the State Committee for National Security (GKNB).
According to law enforcement agencies, the state has regained a building intended for drying grain and fruits, as well as for storing other agricultural products. This also includes auxiliary structures and a land plot with a total area of 0.86 hectares.
The transfer of the land plot along with the warehouses into private ownership occurred in the 2000s in violation of legislation and without the necessary legal documents.
As a result of the investigative actions and operational measures carried out, violations were identified, which have been rectified, and the land along with the facilities, including auxiliary structures, has been returned to the state balance.
