According to information provided by the department, employees of the juvenile affairs inspection of the local police station "Sulaiman-Too" detained 19-year-old M. B., who is alleged to have used physical violence and committed thefts against minors.
The investigation established that on February 9 of this year, the suspect attacked 12-year-old T. D., an 8th-grade student, on the street near one of the schools in the city, and, threatening him, took his mobile phone model "iPhone." After that, he learned the victim's address and began demanding money.
M. B. was detained at the moment he was receiving 2000 soms from the victim. Both the money and a knife were confiscated from him.
On February 10, the suspect was placed in the temporary detention facility of the Osh city police department. It is known that he already had four criminal cases against him.
Currently, the collection of materials for this case is ongoing, and investigative activities are being conducted.
