Employees of the State Committee for National Security (GKNB) together with the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Osh region conducted an operation to dismantle cells of the radical organization "Hizb ut-Tahrir al-Islami." This was reported by the press service of the GKNB.
According to the agency, searches were conducted in the homes of 11 activists of this organization in the Nookat district.
As a result of the operation, 217 items were seized, which constitute material evidence:
All collected materials will be sent for judicial religious studies expertise, based on the results of which further actions regarding the detainees will be determined. The investigation is ongoing.
