As a result of the investigation, it was established that the account belongs to a man named J.S., born in 1983.
During the legal proceedings, this citizen did not comply with the lawful demands of the police officers and used offensive language towards them.
The materials of the case were forwarded to the Public Security Service of the Pervomaisky District Internal Affairs Directorate of Bishkek. A protocol was drawn up against the man under Article 126 of the Code of Offenses, concerning "petty hooliganism." He has been placed in a temporary detention facility.
