In Bishkek, law enforcement agencies detained a young woman on suspicion of extortion. According to a statement from the Department of Internal Affairs of the Oktobrskiy district, the amount in question is 5 million soms.
A citizen with the initials M.A. filed a report with the police, stating that since January of this year, a girl named A. had been systematically extorting money from him. According to him, she threatened him with violence, deprivation of liberty, and used various forms of psychological pressure.
Based on the reported fact, a criminal case was initiated under Article 208 of the Criminal Code of Kyrgyzstan.
As a result of operational investigative measures, the police were able to identify the suspect. She turned out to be a girl named K.A., born in 2007. The detention occurred when she was receiving 300,000 soms.
K.A. is currently placed in the temporary detention facility of the Main Department of Internal Affairs of the capital.
