The suspect met the police aggressively and used obscene language.
During the monitoring of social networks, employees of the SPENM of the Bishkek City Police Department discovered an account under the name "Zholdosh Syrgakov," from which videos with negative content were being disseminated. Law enforcement agencies noted that such materials, considering the large audience of Facebook, could damage the reputation of high-ranking representatives of state institutions of the Kyrgyz Republic.
This case was recorded in the Unified Register of the Bishkek City Police Department, after which a preliminary investigation was initiated. It was established that the account belongs to a citizen, Z.S., born in 1983.
During the investigative actions, Z.S. did not comply with the lawful demands of the police officers and used offensive language towards them.
Upon completion of the investigation, the materials of the case were sent to the Public Security Service of the First May District Police Department. A protocol was drawn up against Z.S. under Article 126 of the Code of Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic regarding petty hooliganism, and he was placed in a temporary detention facility.
