The police clarified that all actions were carried out based on issued permits and in accordance with current legal norms.
Representatives of the Internal Affairs Department added that such measures were taken to ensure sanitary and epidemiological safety and to prevent potential threats to the life and health of citizens, including children.
Furthermore, the police noted that a representative of the fund took on the responsibility of removing the dogs and restoring order in the area.
