This incident was registered in the Crime and Offense Record Journal (JUI) of the city police department, after which a preliminary investigation began. During the investigation, it was found that the author of the page is Z.S., a man born in 1983.
During the investigative actions, he did not comply with the lawful demands of the police and insulted the officers with obscene language.
As a result of the investigation, materials regarding the case of Z.S. were sent to the Public Security Service of the Pervomaisky District Police Department. A protocol was drawn up against him under Article 126 of the Code of Offenses, concerning petty hooliganism, after which he was placed in a temporary detention facility.
