
According to witnesses, the ambulance and rescuers arrived at the scene with a delay
As a result of the accident that occurred near the recreation area "Warm Springs," three people died. This was reported by the Main Department of Internal Affairs of the Chui region.
Information about the accident was received by the Alamedin District Department of Internal Affairs on February 15 at around 15:30. Law enforcement agencies went to the scene.
It was found that a 23-year-old driver of a Hyundai Sonata, named S.B., lost control and fell off a cliff into the Alamedin River while traveling from south to north.
At the scene, the driver and two female passengers, aged approximately 20-25 years (their identities are being established), died from their injuries. Another passenger, J.A., also born in 2000, was urgently transported to the intensive care unit of the Chui Regional Hospital.
Currently, necessary examinations have been appointed, and investigative activities are ongoing.
Meanwhile, eyewitnesses on social media shared information that the ambulance and emergency services arrived at the scene with a delay of 2-3 hours. According to them, the first aid to the victims was provided by citizens themselves, as at the time of the accident, three out of four victims were still alive.
The police noted that they are verifying this information.
