As part of the criminal case opened under Article 205 of the Criminal Code, operational and investigative actions were also conducted. Based on the collected operational information, police officers carried out searches in the homes of the organized crime group members.
During one of the searches, a 12-gauge firearm was found with 36-year-old M.N., which was seized. A forensic ballistic examination has been appointed for further investigation.
Additionally, during the search at the residence of 60-year-old S.M., also registered as a member of the organized crime group, 29-year-old S.A. was detained. He had been wanted since 2021 on charges of large-scale fraud, as declared by the Pervomaisky District Department of Internal Affairs of Bishkek.
By the decision of the Pervomaisky District Court, S.A. has been placed in a temporary detention facility.
