On February 15, a foreign citizen named A.N. approached them, filing a complaint for assistance regarding an attack. On the morning of the same day, around 6:30 AM, the perpetrators, threatening with an object, entered a dormitory on Jalil Street, where they stole diamond earrings and a bracelet, after which they fled the scene.
In connection with this incident, the investigative authorities of the Sverdlovsk District Department of Internal Affairs initiated a criminal case under Article 207 (robbery) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
During operational-search activities conducted jointly with the capital's Department of Criminal Investigation, K.A., born in 2003, and Ы.Ж., born in 2001, were identified and detained. In accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code, they were placed in the temporary detention facility of the Main Department of Internal Affairs.
The stolen jewelry was found, seized in accordance with the established procedure, and returned to its lawful owner.
