The search for the victim lasted from February 12
In the Suusamyr Valley, emergency rescuers found the body of a shepherd who was buried under a snow avalanche.
It was reported that on February 18, during the search operations, the body of 59-year-old D.A. was discovered and retrieved from under the snow.
In total, about 70 people were involved in the search efforts.
We remind you that the avalanche occurred on February 12 on the pasture Boroonduu in the village of Kyzyl-Oy, Suusamyr region of Chui Province, resulting in the death of the shepherd, 50 sheep, and a horse.
Since then, rescue operations have been conducted without interruption.
