Kanybek Dosmambetov, the Minister of Health, initiated contact with the relevant state authorities after receiving the information, emphasizing the need for an objective, comprehensive, and impartial examination of all circumstances of the case, taking into account medical and expert conclusions.
Furthermore, the minister highlighted the importance of applying preventive measures that are not related to deprivation of liberty until final procedural decisions are made.
The Ministry of Health assured that they will monitor the situation's development and uphold the rule of law, as well as the rights of all participants.
It is worth noting that on February 18, information about the detention of nephrologist Nasir Beishev was reported. The staff of the National Center for Maternal and Child Health appealed to President Sadyr Japarov, requesting an objective and fair review of the situation in accordance with all legal norms.
