According to the Bishkek City Police Department, H. M. reported to the police that a certain U. T. gained his trust and, under the pretext of purchasing an apartment in one of the residential complexes on M. Gorky Street, deceived him out of $284,267, which has not been returned to this day.
As a result of this incident, a criminal case has been initiated, and law enforcement officers have detained U. T., born in 1980. He has been placed in a temporary detention facility. Currently, his connection to other similar crimes is being investigated.
