The joint efforts of the SCNS, the State Tax Service for the city of Talas, the National Bank of Kyrgyzstan in the Talas region, and the Antimonopoly Regulation Service led to this outcome. The pawnshop, stating that the accusations against it are unfounded, returned a residential house to the borrower in the Talas district. Additionally, 10 citizens received back documents for their real estate, which had previously been used as collateral.
According to the SCNS, the management of the pawnshop confirmed its readiness to compensate borrowers for amounts exceeding 30% per annum that had been charged from the summer of 2024 to the present time.
According to the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic, the pawnshop "Orozaly" was registered in 2014 and underwent re-registration in 2024. The head of the organization is Ymanalyeva Sezim Ymananlyevna, and the founder is Orozaliev Ymanaly.
