In the Talas region, the pawnshop "Orozaly" decided to return previously seized real estate after justified complaints were filed by citizens indicating violations of the law.
These actions were initiated by the State Committee for National Security (GKNB) in cooperation with the Talas City State Tax Service, the regional office of the National Bank, and the antimonopoly regulation department.
One of the properties, a residential house, was returned to its former owner, S. U. U., and documents for real estate pledged as collateral were returned to ten citizens.
Additionally, the management of the pawnshop announced its intention to return to borrowers the interest accrued above 30% per annum from the summer of 2024 to the present time. Citizens can apply in the established manner to resolve any issues that have arisen.
The pawnshop apologized to all those affected and assured that in the future it would operate exclusively within the framework of the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
