A resident of the capital filed a complaint with the Lenin District Prosecutor's Office against a man who promised to bring him an electric car of the "Kernan" brand. For this service, the victim handed over $25,000, but the promise was not fulfilled.
The actions of the detained individual have been classified under Article 209 ("Fraud") of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The detainee turned out to be B.A., born in 1984, who has been placed in a temporary detention facility.
