Police officers in Bishkek have detained a man suspected of fraud, who held the position of chairman in one of the open joint-stock companies. According to the press service of the Main Internal Affairs Directorate, his name is T.D., and he is accused of selling someone else's elite real estate.
According to the investigation, the victim of the fraud was A.G., who reported to the law enforcement agencies. She stated that on January 15, T.D. managed to gain her trust and then deceitfully sold an apartment to third parties, located on Toktonalieva Street.
As a result of the investigation under Article 209 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, another suspect was identified and detained — A.M., born in 1989. He has been placed in the temporary detention facility of the Main Internal Affairs Directorate.
