According to their reports, the investigative units of the City Police Department issued instructions to operational staff to detain activists who planned to hold a rally near the building of the Pervomaisky District Administration, despite the existing ban on such events.
The detainees are reportedly to be released soon after a clarifying conversation about the ban on holding rallies, established by court decisions.
The City Police Department also reported that on March 12, employees of the service for combating extremism and illegal migration identified an account belonging to Tolekan Ismailova on social media, where posts containing supportive slogans for one side of the armed conflict abroad were published.
Under these posts, users left numerous critical comments and negative reviews.
In addition, T. I. (born in 1954), B. B. (born in 1988), and B. S. (born in 1971) were brought to the Bishkek City Police Department for clarification of circumstances. After the necessary materials are processed, they will be released.



According to available information, a rally titled "Freedom to Peaceful Assemblies of Citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic" was planned near the building of the Pervomaisky District Administration.
Thus, an attempt at an unauthorized rally was prevented.
It is also worth noting that by court decision, the Maxim Gorky Park has been designated as the location for peaceful assemblies in this area. Citizens have the right to hold gatherings at this site if they notify in accordance with the established legal procedure.
