According to official data from the Ministry of Emergency Situations, reports that appeared in some media stating that the helicopter that flew at a low altitude over Kara-Balta belongs to the Ministry are not true.
Residents of Kara-Balta, located in the Chui region, reported that the helicopter flew at the level of about a five-story building. Some publications suggested that this helicopter might be part of the Ministry's fleet.
The Ministry of Emergency Situations does indeed conduct flights to provide commercial services; however, in this particular case, the ministry emphasizes that it has no relation to this incident.
