A citizen identified as N. M. approached the police, reporting fraudulent actions by an individual named S. According to the investigation, this person gained trust and misappropriated a large sum of money under the pretext of supplying 29 Toyota Camry cars and 24 Changan cars, after which he disappeared.
As a result of operational search activities and investigative actions, police officers were able to identify and arrest the suspect, who turned out to be V. S., born in 1994. He was taken to the investigative department and placed in the temporary detention facility of the Main Internal Affairs Department of Bishkek in accordance with the provisions of Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
