As clarified by the agency, the incident was registered in the incident log. After conducting a preliminary investigation, the materials of the case were transferred to the public safety service of the Department of Internal Affairs.
The detained individual turned out to be T. A., born in 2001, who was taken to the district internal affairs office. A protocol was drawn up against him under Article 126 "Petty Hooliganism" of the Code of Offenses, and he was placed in a temporary detention cell.
Currently, efforts are being made to establish the whereabouts of the second participant in the fight, and measures are being taken to detain him.
