According to information provided by the press service of the General Prosecutor's Office, officials of the rural municipality, using their authority, from 2022 to 2023, without applications from citizens and ignoring the established procedure, unlawfully transferred land plots with a total area of 2.35 hectares into private ownership.
Based on the identified facts, a criminal case was initiated under Article 337 ("Abuse of Official Position") of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Currently, investigative activities are underway.
