According to the agency's data, on the night of March 22, around 00:20, police officers stopped the driver of a "KIA K5" vehicle in the Chui region.
Upon inspection, it was revealed that the driver was 32-year-old Zh.K.R., who was found to be in a state of alcohol intoxication, as confirmed by a conducted examination.
The "KIA K5" vehicle was placed in a towing lot, and a protocol was drawn up against the driver under Article 193 of the Code of Offenses, concerning driving a vehicle while intoxicated or transferring control to a person who is intoxicated or does not have the right to drive.
