As a result of the preliminary investigation, I.A., born in 1995, was detained. A protocol was drawn up against him under Article 70 ("Domestic Violence") of the Code of Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic. The man was arrested for a period of 7 days.
The injured woman refused to file an official complaint and undergo a medical examination.
