According to the information received, a call was made to the emergency service "102" reporting that a man was beating his sister on Fuchik Street. It was also stated that he might be a law enforcement officer.
Police officers quickly arrived at the scene. Witnesses included 21-year-old G.D. and 37-year-old K.B.
The information was registered in the automated information system of the Internal Affairs Department of the Lenin District, after which a preliminary investigation began.
The applicant reported that on February 12, at approximately 19:30, a conflict arose between her and her brother, during which she sustained bodily injuries. She requested that measures be taken. However, she refused to undergo a forensic medical examination.
As a result of the investigation, the case materials were forwarded to the public safety service. A protocol was drawn up against K.B. under Article 70 (domestic violence) of the Code of Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic. He was placed in a temporary detention cell.
According to the decision of the Lenin District Court of Bishkek, the man was placed in a special reception center of the Main Internal Affairs Department of Bishkek for three days. A protection order was also issued.
The Internal Affairs Department noted that K.B. is not a law enforcement officer.
