She claims that he, posing as a GKNB employee, gained her trust and promised to help free her son, who was in pre-trial detention center No. 1. In addition, another citizen of Kyrgyzstan reported that in September 2025 in Bishkek, "Sahab", also pretending to be a national security officer, promised to bring Vietnamese citizens to work in a sewing workshop. However, after taking $14,000 from him, he failed to fulfill his obligations and disappeared without returning the money.
As part of the investigation of the criminal case, the suspect has been placed in the temporary detention facility of the GKNB, and investigative actions are ongoing.
