The investigation has established that this citizen, posing as a GKNB employee, gained the trust of citizens by promising to help solve their problems. In one instance, he deceived a woman from Kyrgyzstan, obtaining $24,100 and 100,000 soms from her, promising to free her son, who was in custody.
Another episode occurred in September 2025, when, according to one of the complainants, he offered to organize the arrival of Vietnamese citizens to work in a sewing workshop at the intersection of Erkindik Avenue and Jibek Jolu. Under the pretext of this service, he took $14,000 and fled the scene.
