The suspect filed a report of kidnapping and beatings
Muhaabbat Kadyrova, a resident of Osh, contacted the news agency "Akipress" with serious accusations against a driver from one of the private educational institutions. She claims that her seven-year-old daughter became a victim of sexual harassment.
According to the woman, her daughter began to experience fear of attending school. During the vacation, the girl confessed to her mother that the school bus driver had harassed her. She was the last to get off the bus, and the driver offered her a drink, after which she lost consciousness. He then took her to a secluded place where he committed illegal acts, including touching and kissing. When the girl tried to report what happened, he threatened her. As a result, she developed a fear of men, cried at night, and refused to go to school.
When the information became known, the mother, along with her brothers, took the driver to the police. However, according to her, no action was taken against him, and he remained free. The results of the medical examination are not yet ready, and psychological assistance for her daughter has not been provided.
The director of the educational institution, Rustam Salimov, noted that the school is interested in an objective investigation of the situation. The driver, who has been working under contract for about a year, is not a staff employee, and no complaints had been received against him previously.
The Osh Department of Internal Affairs reported that there are currently two statements in the case: from the girl's mother and from the driver himself, who claims that he was illegally detained by residents of the Kara-Suu district, held for about 12 hours in a private house, beaten, and forced to confess to committing lewd acts. An investigation is underway.
