According to the data, on November 12, 2025, the woman reported to the First May District Internal Affairs Department. She stated that on November 5 of the same year, unidentified individuals offered her to buy an apartment via the WhatsApp messenger and received $49,900 from her. The funds were transferred to the accounts of seven different banks, but the promised property was never received. A criminal case has been initiated regarding the intentional transfer of electronic funds.

The victim transferred a total of 3 million 655 thousand soms through terminals of one of the banks. During the investigation, one of the recipients of the funds was identified — a young man, A.B., born in 2007, who received 200 thousand soms on his bank card. He was detained for further procedural actions and then placed in a temporary detention facility.
The police are currently conducting operational search activities and technical actions aimed at gathering additional evidence and identifying other individuals who may be involved in this crime.
