As a result of the operations conducted, more than 700 kg of synthetic drugs were seized.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs noted that within the framework of the fight against drugs, 21 special operations were carried out, among which the method of "controlled delivery" was used, including operations outside the country. Additionally, in 2025, three new laws and two government decrees were adopted aimed at strengthening measures to combat illegal drug trafficking.
According to SNB data, the activities of 116 drug groups were disrupted, resulting in 142 drug-related crimes being recorded. During the investigations, 286 individuals were detained, including 22 members of organized crime groups registered with the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
It is specifically highlighted that 82 drug crimes were committed using internet resources and mobile messengers. In response, 54 online stores were blocked, 15 of which were closed by court orders.
In 2025, 17 attempts to import drugs into the country through postal shipments from abroad were also prevented. Criminal liability was imposed on 33 foreign citizens for involvement in drug crimes.
During criminal proceedings, courts issued rulings on the confiscation of property obtained from drug trafficking. A total of 15 residential houses worth 106.8 million soms, 25 plots of land valued at 17.65 million soms, and 26 vehicles worth 49.36 million soms were confiscated. Additionally, cash amounting to $111,900, 8 million Uzbek soms, 9 million 274 thousand 580 soms, and 2 thousand rubles was seized.
Furthermore, 114 drug-related offenses were identified, resulting in fines totaling 1.417 million soms.
