In 2025, the Office of the Rosselkhoznadzor for the Orenburg Region focused its efforts on several key areas. The main tasks included protecting citizens from unsafe products, combating illegal imports, maintaining the epizootic and phytosanitary well-being of the region, as well as developing the export of agricultural products and increasing the overall volume of production.
According to monitoring conducted using the FGIS "Saturn," 76 cases of violations of pesticide application rules were recorded. In connection with these violations, 76 warnings were issued to business entities.
This year, 14 unscheduled inspections were carried out based on risk indicators, along with one scheduled on-site inspection. As a result of these activities, individuals found guilty were held administratively liable under Article 8.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation.
As part of cooperation with regulatory authorities, 28 attempts to illegally import pesticides and agrochemicals from Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Uzbekistan were prevented, with a total weight exceeding 45 tons. These substances were prohibited for import and returned to the countries of origin.
