In addition, 37.4 kg of cake and 70 kg of cedar oil were exported to China, and 22.5 kg of psyllium seed husk was sent to Moldova. Also, 87 packages of plants and their parts used in pharmaceuticals and perfumery were dispatched to the Republic of Korea.
The Tomsk region also contributed to exports, sending 20 kg of birch bark products to the USA, as well as peat substrate to China and herbarium collections to India and China.
From the Kemerovo region, 500 herbarium specimens were sent to Kazakhstan.
Before shipment, plant-based products underwent procedures to confirm phytosanitary safety in accredited institutions under the Rosselkhoznadzor, including branches of the Federal State Budgetary Institution "VNIIZZh" in Novosibirsk and Kemerovo, as well as in the Tomsk branch of the Federal State Budgetary Institution "VNIIKR."
