According to reports, on January 20, 2026, a resident of the capital contacted law enforcement with a complaint about an aggressive driver. The conflict occurred on Chokan Valikhanov Street, where the man accused the driver of using obscene language towards him.
During the investigation, police officers detained a 28-year-old man named D.A. and forwarded the case materials to the public safety service for further investigation.
Documents were drawn up against the detainee under Article 126 of the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic on offenses related to petty hooliganism. He was placed in the temporary detention facility of the Sverdlovsk Department of Internal Affairs.
