The press service of the Osh region's Internal Affairs Department confirmed the information about the incident. It was recorded on December 26, 2025, and all case materials have already been submitted to the court.
According to the state administration of the Kara-Kulja district, the incident occurred after the man returned home in a state of intoxication and assaulted his wife. As a result, a conflict arose. "According to the information we received, after beating his wife, she, in a state of strong emotional distress, inflicted a knife wound on him. The number of strikes and the circumstances under which this occurred—whether in a state of affect or not—will be determined during the investigation and examination," the akimat reported.
